Cancellation During Trial Period: If a user notifies the Spellbook team during the trial period that they do not intend to proceed with their subscription after the trial ends, and a payment is processed after the notification was sent, a refund for that payment will be issued.

Monthly Subscriptions Auto-Renew After Trial Period: All monthly Spellbook subscriptions automatically renew after the trial period ends. Refunds are not issued if a customer opts out of their monthly subscription at any point after their trial period ends.

Switching from Monthly to Annual Subscription: If a user switches from a monthly to an annual subscription, any subscription fees paid during the monthly subscription period will not be refunded. The new payment schedule for the annual subscription will be calculated, and the new annual term will begin, in the month following the last monthly payment.

No Refunds for Annual Subscriptions: If a user wishes to cancel their subscription but has committed to an annual term, the subscription will not automatically renew for a new annual term.
